Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal of all sizes and shapes is a necessity in HVAC work and MEP construction. Making our own sheet metal allows us to deliver higher quality projects faster and at lower cost.
We have nearly 100,000 square feet of modern sheet metal fabrication facilities to meet the needs of our various projects. We produce rectangular and spiral duct for HVAC within commercial and industrial facilities as well as process ventilation.
Our facilities include:
- Lockformer six-foot coil line with TDC
- Insulation liner and wrap-around brake
- Dual plasma tables
- Spiral duct machine with triple rib to 80 inches
- Waterjet insulation cutter
- Overhead cranes
- Synchroware welding machines for specialty metal work
We fabricate from galvanized steel, stainless steel, black iron, PVC, copper, aluminum, fiberglass and fiberboard.
In addition to ductwork, we also do specialty sheet metal work. We have experience with architectural sheet metal, roof curbs, exhaust hoods, material handling, plenums, equipment frames and supports. Our specialty sheet metal equipment includes a Piranha shear, Cincinnati 135-ton power brake and a Boschert punch.
We do sheet metal fabrication for all types of applications including:
Ductwork – Custom ductwork for HVAC saves space, speeds installation and offers a higher quality product compared to standard ductwork.
Specialty sheet metal – Many projects require large and small sheet metal pieces for purposes other than ductwork such as fittings and frames piping or ductwork to penetrate roofs and walls and hoods and plenums for the intake or exhausting of air from ductwork.
Modular construction – Equipment, piping cabling and other materials either skid-mounted or combined into modules very frequently use a variety of fabricated sheet metal.
