Two City Center and Three City Center – Allentown
Our work at Allentown’s Two City Center consisted of HVAC and plumbing energy modeling, engineering design, and construction for an 11-story office building including an energy-efficient HVAC system using state-of-the-art technologies for compressors, airflow, and controls. The building received a rating of 93 from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Energy Star Certification program, making it the highest rated Building in the Lehigh Valley in 2015.
Three City Center included the HVAC design and construction for a 6-story office building with a similar high efficiency HVAC system. The primary source of cooling was constructed as modules in our fabrication shop and rigged in three days. The modular construction approach saved construction costs and months of installation work on site.
