Thurgood Marshall Academy
We served as a sub-contractor responsible for all mechanical and HVAC work in the new construction of this academic building. Our scope of work included responsibility for the complete installation of the HVAC system, including boilers, AHU’s, split air conditioning systems. We also self-performed all the piping work for the project.
Since the project’s completion, we have completed other work such as HVAC systems for the IT/server department and have been the HVAC service company for the building since its opening. Our service department maintains all equipment and controls and has responsibility for monthly HVAC maintenance.
