The Godfrey Hotel
The project is a renovation of a 110 year old structure into a 238 room boutique hotel. We provided design assist collaboration with WSP Engineers to convert the initial design of a water source heat pump system to a variable refrigerant system. This redesign helped with space limitations and also reduced the HVAC installation cost by over $600,000.
