PPL Center Arena
The PPL Center Arena is home to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. This public/private project encompasses an entire city block that includes an 8,500-seat arena, an eight-story office building, an eight-story hotel, multiple restaurants, and a six-story parking garage. A central utility plant consisting of three 700-ton chillers and three hot water boilers provides cooling and heating to various air handlers throughout the facility. We worked with the Construction Manager to provide coordination, fabrication, and installation of HVAC and plumbing systems for all the interconnected structures.
