We were brought to the project on a Design-Assist basis early in the engineering process to provide preconstruction services through budgeting, constructability input, and technical review on the Under-Floor HVAC design and other equipment selection. The contract scope included HVAC work for a 330,000-square-foot office building, product support center and data center. The project included an 800-ton central plant, boilers, controls, and an Under-Floor Air Distribution (UFAD) system.
