In this large-scale renovation, the construction manager capitalized on our strengths as a mechanical subcontractor. When the City of New York relocated Goldwater Hospital from Roosevelt Island to the former site of North General Hospital in Harlem, we won a lump sum bid to rebuild the facility’s central cooling and heating plant. This project included the installation of new HVAC equipment, the refurbishment of existing equipment, and the installation of new HVAC systems to provide energy efficiency and cost savings.
