Copley Plaza Hotel
We had to coordinate installing a new Multistack water-cooled chiller with associated cooling tower and pumps during the off-season. New make-up air units were added for the lobby to eliminate air infiltration problems. All water-cooled package and direct expansion air handlers were replaced with chilled water-cooled air handlers. The guestroom renovations included changing out 100 fan coils in guestrooms over a 6-week period. All lower level meeting rooms were upgraded with ventilation. A new fitness club was added and renovations to the renown Oak Dining Room completed the dramatic upgrades.
