Bunker Hill Community College
This was a Design-Build Energy Conservation project with measures including converting the gas fired absorber chiller plant to an electrical centrifugal plant, replacing and repairing steam boilers, converting pneumatic VAV Boxes and Radiation to DDC Controls, upgrading lighting, installing water efficient bathroom fixtures, adding kitchen exhaust hood controls, adding Photo Voltaic energy generation and a Cogeneration Unit to provide domestic hot water and electricity. We served as the mechanical construction manager partnering with PPL Savage Alert to design and manage all mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades.
