315 on A Street
We did the work on this 258,000-square foot, 20-story building for a design assist project converting the system from a variable refrigerant system to a water source heat pump in order to reduce project costs by 20%. The budget was revised while procurement and coordination proceeded simultaneously allowing an 18-month project construction schedule. LEED Gold construction was maintained through the process of this 202 unit apartment building with parking for 96 vehicles.
